 Clancy's Ski School
requires a signed Registration form for everyone you want to
register for classes. We have made that process easy with an
interactive Adobe PDF form that you can edit to fill in the form
fields by typing them in and using
the drop-down menu selections provided in the form.
When done editing the form simply print it, sign it and mail it in
to Clancy's Ski School address which is listed on the bottom of the
form. You can also fax it to us at 425-385-8710 if you have access to a fax machine.
